New York, N.Y. (June 27, 2012) — New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), a leader in 21st-century global education, today entered into an academic cooperation agreement with Centro Universitário da FEI (Fundacao Educacional Inaciana Pe. Saboia de Medeiros), a private non-profit institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education. The agreement, intended to promote academic exchange and cooperation between the two universities, will launch dual degree programs in engineering and management beginning in January 2013.
The academic cooperation agreement was executed in a signing ceremony by NYIT President Edward Guiliano, Ph.D., and FEI Rector, Professor Fabio do Prado.
