Responsibilities: New York Institute of Technology seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor in Energy Engineering (full-time, tenure track; Manhattan). Research areas of interest include: energy management control systems for buildings, smart grid technology, on-site power and clean energy systems. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Energy, Power Engineering, or related area, excellent communication skills, and a solid publication record. Commitment to teaching and research at the graduate level is required. .

Qualifications: Candidates at the associate professor level must demonstrate an innovative research record and/or industrial experience and exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, and provide evidence of sponsored research, contracts, and grants.
