Position
Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Science
Department: Academic AffairsPrimary Location: Manhattan
Responsibilities: New York Institute of Technology seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor in Computer Science (full-time, tenure track; Manhattan). Research areas of interest include cybersecurity, software engineering, data mining, or digital media, computer graphics and animation.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or related area. Commitment to teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels is required. Candidates at the associate professor level must also demonstrate an innovative research record and/or industrial experience and exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, and provide evidence of sponsored research, contracts and grants.
