Responsibilities or Position Duties:
Assess professional needs of human resource professionals, assist in the design, marketing, implementation and evaluation of on/off-campus workshops. Supervisor: Dr. Dibble Learning goals: identifying development needs of HR professionals, selecting appropriate training topics, modes and venues, assessing the results. Will work with Center for HR Studies Director, Director of HR Program Development, and individual workshop instructors.

MS in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word. Able to work as a team and be able to analyze reports. Good communication skills. Very organized. Experienced in working in the human resource field.

Minimum Requirement:
To apply for a graduate assistantship, you must have a GPA of 3.25 or greater.
