The award-winning documentary, The LuLu Sessions, is coming to the NYIT Auditorium on Broadway as part of a series of screenings and panel discussions in New York City to raise awareness of breast cancer in October. NYIT is an official co-sponsor of the screening event, along with Susan G. Komen Greater New York City, Asian CineVision, and New York Women in Film and Television. Event details include:

What? The LuLu Sessions tells the story of Dr. Louise M. Nutter (aka LuLu), a larger-than-life scientist and beloved professor who devoted her life to cancer research, when she was diagnosed with final stage breast cancer herself at 42. It is directed by S. Casper Wong, who will participate in a Q&A discussion following the film screening.
