There are only a few days left before NYIT's new email retention policy goes into effect on Friday, Jan. 17. Details include:
What is the policy?
On the date noted above, all email dated Jan. 17, 2013 or before (including messages sent, received, in folders, and in the document retention folder in Outlook) will be automatically deleted from your email box.
How do I save old emails?
You can save selected email and attachments on your Z: drive by creating archived files (known as a PST files) in Outlook.
