He has held supervisory positions within the department's detective division, second squad, served as deputy commanding officer of NCPD's public information office, and acted as sergeant of the Highway Patrol Bureau and the Nassau County Police Academy.
Repalone started his career as an officer assigned to the 113th Precinct of the New York City Police Department. During his six years at the precinct, he was a member of the robbery squad and uniform and anti-crime patrols. He earned a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences at NYIT.
"I'm looking forward to fulfilling the demands and expectations of my position," adds Repalone. "Most important to me is the opportunity to serve and interact with all the wonderful people that make up this beautiful university."
