Updates for Faculty & Staff

Be NYIT Proud

Mar 25 2013

NYIT staff and faculty have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues on global campuses bustling with interdisciplinary research initiatives, opportunities for professional development, and unlimited community service activities. You may have the chance to share why you enjoy working at NYIT as part of the Great Colleges to Work For program, a study designed by The Chronicle of Higher Education to recognize great workplaces. If you recently received a survey sent to a random sample of faculty and staff, please take a few minutes to complete it. A high response rate helps to ensure accurate results and demonstrates the commitment of our employees.

For the past three years, the survey earned NYIT recognition as a Great College to Work For and provided critical candid feedback to make us an even greater college.

If you have any questions, contact Carol Jablonsky, director of human resources, at 516.686.1014 or cjablons@nyit.edu.

About the Survey
The survey is anonymous and completely voluntary. It measures the strength of certain organizational competencies and relationships that most directly influence an institution's culture. The survey results will be factored into an overall scoring process that determines the institutions to be recognized in 2013.

To ensure confidentiality, your survey will be processed by ModernThink LLC, a research and consulting firm. NYIT will not be given any information that would enable us to trace survey data to any individual.
