Michael Schwarting (firstname.lastname@example.org), professor of architecture, and Frances Campani (email@example.com), associate professor of architecture, presented the talk, "Modern Artifact - The 1931 Aluminaire House," during Modernism Week, Feb. 13-23, in Palm Springs, Calif. Modernism Week is an annual celebration of mid-century modern design, architecture, art, and contemporary thinking. Their presentation on Aluminaire House, the first American work by Albert Frey, a pioneer of modern architecture in Palm Springs, was well-received by audience members at the Palm Springs Museum of Contemporary Art, including Judith DiMaio (firstname.lastname@example.org), dean of the School of Architecture and Design.
Ernst VanBergeijk, Ph.D. (email@example.com), associate dean and executive director of NYIT's Vocational Independence Program, gave an interview as part of the series, "A Cup of Tea With..." on i-studentglobal.com. He also published the cover story, "Preparing Students with Disabilities for International Travel," on March 6 in Exceptional Parent magazine.
