Nanjing, China (Oct. 12, 2011) — President Guiliano encouraged the NYIT-Nanjing Class of 2015, whom he called “the most electronically connected generation in history,” to remember that the way they use technology to communicate is “reshaping how we at NYIT teach and learn” within a university network of 14,000 students and 3,600 faculty and staff around the world.
During his welcome remarks to incoming freshmen, he also announced that 98% of the NYIT-Nanjing Class of 2011 had already accepted outstanding job offers or educational opportunities in China or the U.S.. “Almost any university you can name would envy that placement rate.”
