The T in LGBTA: Transgender Equality in the Workplace

As part of National LGBT Pride Month, Moody's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Allies (LGBTA) Employee Resource Group is proud to present an esteemed panel of experts who will relay their professional and personal experiences with and within the transgender community. They will also speak about workplace equality, trans-specific employee benefits and what it means to be transgender in society. A networking reception will follow.

  • Bryan Parsons, Manager, Strategy and Operations/Financial Services, Ernst & Young LLP. Bryan is also a founding member of bEYond, Ernst & Young's LGBTA affinity group, which has already secured transgender benefits for the company.


  • Kimberly Reed, Director, Prodigal Sons. Winner of the FIPRESCI Prize at the Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival, Best Documentary Jury Prize at NewFest, Special Jury Prizes for Fearless Filmmaking at the Florida Film Festival and Bravery in Storytelling at the Nashville Film Festival.


  • Jillian Weiss, Associate Professor of Law and Society at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Jillian is also the Principal Consultant for her own consulting firm that works with organizations on transgender workplace diversity issues.
