David Goldring, Chairman and CEO of Overseas Military Sales Corporation (OMSC) will be giving this lecture based on his first hand experience in implementing creative leadership. His lecture will teach young entrepreneurs how to make innovation a core competency in their organizations. Students will learn how a flexible and collaborative culture can promote creativity and allow associates to take smart risks, and find our more about successful initiatives such as scrum teams, skip level meetings, and colllaboration/innovation committees.

Complimentary pizza and refreshments will be available to attendees.

Mr. Goldring will be speaking in person in Old Westbury, and via DL in Manhattan.
