Vladimir Milosavljevic of the Dowling College men’s soccer team was named the Male Scholar‐Athlete of the Year and Rachael Goldstein of the Dowling College women’s lacrosse team took home the Female Scholar‐Athlete of the Year. Milosavljevic, who boasts a perfect 4.0 GPA as an Accounting and Finance major, helped the Golden Lions advance to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament for the sixth time in program history. With a nearly perfect 3.97 GPA in Psychology, Goldstein recorded a .481 save percentage and made double-digit stops in six games this season. A four time ECC Defensive Player of the Week recipient she helped her team advance to the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse tournament for the first time in school history.
