NYIT Hosts 2011 Electronic Theater Screening

New York, N.Y.  (October 28, 2011)  ΜΆ  NYIT’s College of Arts and Sciences is co-hosting a unique screening of the SIGGRAPH 2011 Electronic Theater, part of a prestigious annual computer animation festival that features dazzling and innovative film and video productions.

Described as a “must-see event” by NYIT’s Fine Arts Department, the screening will be held at the NYIT Auditorium on Broadway at 6:30 on Tuesday, November 1. 

The Electronic Theater is one of the highlights of the Computer Animation Festival, which features film and video submissions by computer graphics experts and animators.  This year’s festival was held in Vancouver. 

Admission for this event is free to current NYC ACM SIGGRAPH members. It is also free for all NYIT faculty, students and staff. The cost for non-members is $10 and $5 for non-member students with a current student ID.
