Jon Priest has a long history of winemaking in California, with an established reputation as an innovator. With a special fondness for Pinot Noir, Jon joined Etude as winemaker in spring of 2005. Etude specializes in two classic red varietals – Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon - while also producing limited amounts of several other acclaimed varietals.

A chef, television host, academic, author, and philanthropist, Michael Lomonaco does it all. Known for his work at LeCirque, 21 Club, and Windows on the World, Michael returned to the New York restaurant scene in 2006 with the opening of Porter House New York. In all his endeavors, Lomonaco’s name has become synonymous with New American cuisine.
