Essay

I am nominating my grandma who is 77 years of age and is still as healthy as an 18-year-old. She walks around the track at my old elementary school for an hour everyday and there is not one day that she would take a break unless it is raining. She not only exercises everyday, but she also eats very healthy. She eats small portions and the things she eats are all light and not greasy and salty like the things we usually eat. One of her favorite things to do to keep herself busy and keep her brain thinking is the game Sudoku. She plays Sudoku everyday and she will even ask me to find the hard level Sudoku puzzles online for her. She seem like she is living a healthy and active, happy life but about 8 years ago she actually had a brain tumor removed. She lost parts of her memory after the surgery but as the time goes on she just keeps trying to remember things by listening to stories or looking at old pictures. As of now, she has recovered most of her memory back and she is eating healthy and playing games like Sudoku to keep herself from getting ill again.
