Essay

I am nominating my grand-mother who is 81 years old. At this age, she is a very active woman. She remains active by taking walks around the neighborhood every day. She has plenty of energy, she always manage to wake up early in the morning, and throughout the day she never seems tired. She takes care of a few children including my nephew. She nurtures them to the best of her ability and she is always full of energy while interacting with the children.

Not only she is active in the household, she is also an active church member. At church she takes care of many activities. My grandmother also watches what she eats. She eats a lot of vegetables, fruits, and drink plenty of water. At the age of 81 she has never been diagnosed with any major form of illness. In her spare time she enjoys watching television and reading the bible.
