Ines Sanchez it’s an excellent example of a great energetic women aging with Vitality. She is very active as she is always going on walks around the parks near her house. Most of her family envies her for the full control she has over her nutrition, she know exactly what is good and bad for her, she keeps a very close care of her diet, if you ask her about any food, she will tell you exactly what is good and bad about it and how much of it you should have daily.

Ines Sanchez it’s very involved in her church and very participative, from intellectual activities to trips or events, she always has something going on. She also always makes sure she looks good; she takes pride of her style and her physical appearance as she regularly goes clothe shopping and takes care of her hair style. As well as herself, she has a very well organized and clean house, she finds extremely important to have a nice clean home where she can have her family over all the time.

No sickness has ever stop Ines’s energy and effort towards a healthy aging style, even though she suffers of many serious illness this 80 years old women has the body, energy and spirit of a much younger one.
