Employers will have the opportunity to evaluate your internship performance and professional development twice during the internship experience. Approximately one month into the program, Career Services will send the internship supervisor an evaluation electronically. He/she will be encouraged to discuss the evaluation with you. This will enable you the opportunity to get constructive criticism from the employer and the opportunity to improve. The second and final evaluation will be sent to the employer at the end of the internship. These evaluations can be referenced during Career Services' individualized counseling sessions, and can be added to your career portfolio.
