NYIT Student Interview: Oliver Vasquez on the 2012 Peru trip

Earlier this semester, I wrote a blog about last year's Alternative Break program in which 10 NYIT students spent their spring break in Peru doing volunteer work and addressing the water pollution crisis (Read all about it here).  This year, 14 students went on the trip and continued where the first group left off.  Oliver Vasquez, a senior undergraduate student here at NYIT, was among the 14 students involved in the project.  I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Oliver for an interview in which he talked about his experience in Peru and the profound impact it had on him.  Watch the interview below:
