Each year, NYIT’s School of Engineering and Computing Sciences celebrates National Engineering Week by hosting girls ages 12-18 to increase their awareness about engineering and to pique their interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) fields. The ultimate goal is to encourage females to consider careers in engineering and computer science.
