Thomas Pirone, Vice President for Business Development at Lime Energy, will give a presentation about Distributed Energy Resources and Energy Efficiency Programs in the Current Landscape. This event is sponsored by the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences.

Mr. Pirone oversees client management, strategy and program implementation at Lime Energy. He has been involved in energy efficiency programs since 1988 and started his career conducting energy audits for the Long Island Lighting Company, Con Edison and Brooklyn Union Gas. He spent several years managing the New York Power Authority’s High Efficiency Lighting Program which replaced lighting fixtures at over 100 large public institutions throughout New York State. He served in client management and business development roles for several energy technology and smart grid companies that helped electric and gas utilities and their customers understand and manage their energy use. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from NYIT. Learn more about Lime Energy.
