Please use this checklist to ensure that you have obtained, distributed, and returned all the necessary application materials for admission to the school counseling master’s program. The Graduate Admissions Office will work with you throughout the application process to ensure the timely processing and review of your application.
For Summer 2016 accepance, please submit materials by March 1.
For Fall 2016 acceptance, please submit materials by May 1.

___ All Official Undergraduate Transcripts indicating proof of Bachelors Degree
___ All Official Graduate Transcripts (if applicable) indicating proof of Masters Degree
Note: Official Transcripts from all institutions attended must be sent in the original sealed envelopes.
