Presentation at the 2014 NSTA Boston Conference

Three teachers in our project presented at the 2014 Boston National Science Teacher Association Conference annual conference. Their presentation is about how to guide teachers using ICTs to develop students' new literacy skills in the science classrooms. Presenters are Marvin Cadornigara, Elizabeth Whelan and Joshua Ng. In this video, teachers will learn what is the new literacy framework, why students need to learn new literacy skills, what is ICTs, and what tools can be adopted in the classrooms. Teachers then explained how they integrated these tools in their classrooms, and demonstrated students artifacts. If you are interested in technology integration and literacy integration in the science classroom, this is a must-see video.
