Convocation 2023

New York Tech faculty and staff, join us on Thursday, August 31, for Convocation 2023. Kick off your academic year with presentations by President Hank Foley and Provost and Executive Vice President Jerry Balentine, celebrate this year's Presidential Excellence Award recipients, and enjoy a BBQ lunch with your New York Tech colleagues. Doors open at 11 a.m.

New York City Faculty and Staff: A 10-person shuttle van will be on a continuous loop between the Long Island campus and the Manhasset train station during the following times:

• 8 – 10:30 a.m.

• 2 – 4 p.m.

Community members unable to come to the Long Island campus are invited to watch the live stream and eat lunch at the 11th-floor auditorium at 16 W. 61st St.

Jonesboro and Vancouver: Live stream information will be provided at a later date.

New Initiative

We ask attendees at this year's event to support the Grizzly Cupboard by bringing food goods to either Riland Auditorium or the 11th-floor auditorium.
