Patricia Galloway is the chief executive officer of Pegasus Global Holdings, Inc., an international management consulting firm. A leader in the field of engineering and construction, with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Galloway is recognized globally for her expertise in program/project management, risk management, corporate governance, and standard of care. She is regularly consulted by private and public companies; international investment banks; the media; universities; and professional societies for her expertise. Dr. Galloway has criss-crossed the globe, traveling to over 100 counties and working on numerous domestic and international infrastructure projects, including "megaprojects" with capital investments of a billion dollars or more.
Dr. Galloway also serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). She is a member of the AAA board of directors and serves on its commercial, large complex case, construction, and ICDR panels. She also belongs to the 24-member National Science Board, which oversees the U.S. government's National Science Foundation. Dr. Galloway was the first female president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in its 150-year-plus history.
