Presidential Appearance Forms

To assist the Office of the President in managing the president's schedule, please initiate any invitation for the president to speak at or attend a conference or event by completing a "Request for Presidential Appearance" form. Please send to president@nyit.edu or mail the form to the Office of the President (Tower House, Old Westbury campus) at least six weeks prior to the scheduled event. For more information or questions, please e-mail the Office of Communications and Marketing or call 516.686.7841.

Digital Signs (New York campuses only)

The digital signs on the New York campuses are an effective means of broadcasting your department's or club's announcements to busy NYIT students.

Events: Please send date, time, and location of event to updates@nyit.edu.

Other Messages: If you would like another message to play,  please submit a request to updates@nyit.edu with all relevant details.

Have Your Own Design?: Your poster or other design can be adapted to play on the digital signs, subject to review and approval (Requirements: landscape, 1280x720 pixels, .jpg file format). Contact John Roleke at jroleke@nyit.edu or 516.686.7849.

Student Work: Subject to approval, student work can be published on the digital signs. Prior to assignment, faculty should contact John Roleke at jroleke@nyit.edu or 516.686.7849.
