Promotional Merchandise Purchase Form
Strategic Communications has chosen a wide variety of branded promotional merchandise that New York Tech community members can order for their events and initiatives. Our current selection appears below. We’ve made sure to offer items in a range of price points, and ask that you follow this process when ordering:
- You can make requests twice each year (June 17–July 1 for fall orders, and January 30–February 13 for spring orders). Because there are only two order periods, please think of your needs for the following six months.
- When placing your order, please provide a budget code for payment and details regarding delivery of shipment.
- The transfer of funds from your area to Strategic Communications will take place when the order has been received.
- It takes anywhere from two to six weeks for products to be produced and shipped. Please make note of this to ensure that your merchandise arrives in time for your event.
