The Office of Housing and Residential Life at New York Institute of Technology is committed towards a positive living and learning environment and experience for our residential community.
Our goal to provide a safe, clean, living and learning environment staffed by well trained professional personnel and equally caring, highly trained para-professionals.
The staff will assist as teachers, mentors, and role models to foster high ideals and principles of effective communication, ethical and moral behavior, implementation and development of community, and service for all resident students.
The Office of Housing and Residential Life will create living learning environment where the worth of each individual is held paramount. The foundation of our community is grounded within the concept of civility with enduring respect for others and self. We will foster an environment where mutual respect and appreciation exist within our diverse community lives, while in college and within all future endeavors.
