New York Institute of Technology’s Manhattan campus offers two well-equipped residence halls located a short subway or bus ride from our classrooms.

• Students living in Riverside Residence Hall will be able to take advantage of all that Manhattan’s Upper West Side has to offer. Museums, restaurants, shops and beautiful parks are all within walking distance of The Riverside Terrace. The building is located at 350 W. 88th St, between Riverside Dr and West End Ave. The Riverside offers single, double, and triple rooms in a facility fully supervised by a full-time staff and resident assistants.
• Students living in Anderson Hall at Manhattan School of Music will be able to take advantage of an academic neighborhood that includes Columbia University and Barnard College.  Anderson Hall is located at 134 Claremont Ave, just off of Broadway and 122nd.  This building offers double and triple rooms in a facility fully supervised by a full-time staff and resident assistants.  All students at Anderson Hall are required to have a meal plan.
