A Conversation with the Provost, for Department Chairs: Tenure and Promotion Processes
Located at Columbus Circle, NYIT's Manhattan campus was designed with today's busy students in mind. Comprising five buildings on or just off Broadway, between West 60th and 62nd streets, the Manhattan campus is within walking distance of Lincoln Center and Central Park, easily accessible via subway and bus, and close to the city's best concert halls, theaters, museums, libraries, and restaurants.
Students spend their free time in the Student Activities Building, catching up in the student lounge, signing up for recreational sports, surfing the net, or shopping in the bookstore. In addition, the campus has an active Student Government Association as well as many clubs and organizations.
NYIT-Manhattan and Old-Westbury students present their work at the annual Animation Festival hosted by the Department of Fine Arts.
