Boxed Lunch Selection

Small platters feed 12 to 15 people.
Large platters feed 25 to 30 people.

  Traditional Sandwich Platters Small $62.50, Large $125

 

Our chef prepares a selection of sandwiches.

Select up to two varieties of bread or wraps:
Twelve grain, ciabatta, kaisers, or hero bread.
White, whole wheat, tomato, or spinach wraps.

Sandwich combinations include:
Roast turkey, lettuce, and tomato.
Roast beef, lettuce, and tomato.
Virginia ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Genoa salami, provolone, field greens, and roasted red peppers.
Tuna and lettuce on a kaiser roll or wrap.
White meat chicken salad with lettuce on a kaiser roll or wrap.
Farm fresh egg salad with lettuce on a kaiser roll or wrap.
Grilled eggplant, zucchini, and roasted peppers with lettuce and tomato.
Fresh mozzarella, beefsteak tomato, field greens, and balsamic dressing.
Grilled chicken or chicken caesar salad on a wrap with side of dressing.
Southwestern chicken wrap with cheddar cheese and avocado.
     
  Gourmet Sandwich Platter Small $75, Large $140

 

Platters include cold sandwich selections on rustic breads.

Select four sandwich options:
Fire-grilled portobello mushroom, roasted red peppers, and baby spinach.
Grilled salmon, mixed greens, and dill dressing.
Roast turkey, bacon, brie, and cranberry dressing.
Caribbean jerk chicken, garlic wrap, and pineapple-mango salsa.
Grilled chicken, roasted peppers, arugula, goat cheese, and balsamic dressing on ciabatta roll.
Prosciutto, shaved parmesan, arugula, and extra virgin olive oil on focaccia bread.
Sopressata, sliced tomato, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil on ciabatta roll.
Virginia ham, double-cream brie, and honey Dijonaisse on croissant.
Roast beef, muenster cheese, and horseradish dressing on baguette.
Roast beef, iceberg lettuce, beefsteak tomato, bacon, and blue cheese dressing.

The Faculty Package

Prices are per person for faculty packages.

  The Petite Package (20-guest minimum) $12
 

These petite sandwiches are served on a brioche roll:
Roast beef and blue cheese.
Turkey and cranberry aioli.
Mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic.
Ham, brie, and honey mustard dressing.

Other selections include:
Caprese salad.
Tortellini primavera pasta salad.
 

 

Boxed Lunch Selections

  Traditional Sandwiches $8 
     
  Gourmet Sandwiches $10 

 

Boxed lunch includes half sandwich or wrap and choice of two of these items:
Cup of cold salad (macaroni or potato).
Petite cheese bite.
Sliced apples.
Whole fruit.
Granola bar.
Cookie or chips.

After-lunch mint and half pint of bottled water are included.

Boxed lunches can be made with full sandwiches for an extra $1.25.
Items that do not fit in the box will be served on the side.
