Entrée Salads

Entrée salads include a bottle of water and 10-order minimum per selection.

  Chicken Caesar Salad $7.50 
  Chicken breast, romaine, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, and caesar dressing.  
     
  Asian Chicken Salad $7.75 
  Julienned grilled chicken breast, cabbage, carrots, green onions, water chestnuts, red peppers, mandarin oranges, mixed greens, and sesame ginger dressing.  
     
  Santa Fe Chicken Salad $7.75 
  Lime-marinated chicken, roasted corn, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, tomatoes, mixed greens, and citrus dressing.  
     
  Cobb Salad $7.25 
  Chicken breast, avocado, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, lettuce, and vinaigrette dressing.  
     
  Greek Salad $7.50 
  Romaine lettuce, red onions, kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and red wine vinaigrette.  
     
  Mesclun Salad $7.50 
  Mesclun greens, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette.  
     
  Classic Wedge Salad $6.75 
  Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with diced tomato, bacon, crumbled blue cheese, and balsamic glaze. Served with blue cheese dressing on the side.  
     
  Cold Grilled Salmon Salad $8.25 
  Four-ounce filet of cold grilled salmon served on a bed of mesclun and frisee lettuces with lemon-dill dressing.

Large feeds 25 to 30 people.
