Pierre Fanfan Named ECC Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week

Central Islip, N.Y. (Jan. 22, 2008) - Graduate student Miguel Pierre-Fanfan (Dunkerque, France) was named the ECC Baden Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week on Monday as announced by the conference office.

Pierre Fanfan averaged a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds in two victories for the Bears last week. Pierre Fanfan scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in a win over Queens on Wednesday, Jan 16 and followed with a 16-point, eight-rebound performance in a come-from-behind win over Dowling on Saturday, Jan. 19.
