Freshman Nicholas Koiyet was named the East Coast Conference men’s cross country Runner of the Week as announced by the conference office. This is the second time this season Koiyet has earned the honor.

Koiyet took home second place with a time of 25:42 to lead the NYIT men's cross-country team to a seventh place finish at the 41st annual Codfish Bowl at Franklin Park in Boston, Massachusetts on Saturday.
