NYIT offers a B.S. degree in advertising through the College of Arts and Sciences. The advertising program is offered at the Old Westbury and Manhattan campuses. A specialization in advertising is also available in the bachelor of fine arts program at the Old Westbury campus.
NYIT's Master of Arts in Communication Arts program is offered at both the Old Westbury and Manhattan campus. Graduate courses are available in: Computer Graphics and Animation, Producing and Directing for Film and Television, Television Journalism and Electronic News-Gathering, Public Relations and Advertising, Film-Making, Documentary Film and Television, Electronic Cinematography and Editing, Corporate Communications, Multimedia Production, Communication Law, Studio Art, Computer Graphic Art and Photography, Media Research, Print Journalism and Media Writing, Founding a Media Business, Scriptwriting, Web Design, Special Effects, and Intercultural Communication.
