How do I verify my degree? How do I verify my enrollment?

The National Student Clearinghouse is NYIT’s agent for verification of enrollment status. Students can obtain an official enrollment verification certificate online, free of charge by logging on to NYITConnect, going to NYITConnect Students, and under Your Academic Profile, selecting “Transcript Ordering and Enrollment Verification.”
 
Past students and employers can verify enrollment or a degree by going directly to the National Student Clearinghouse site. Click on Verify Now on left navigation bar, and then on How to use Degree Verify. There is a fee associated for this service, and you must use a credit card to use the online verification. If you do not have a Social Security number, or do not remember the number issued to you by your campus, just put 000-00-000, and the Student Clearinghouse will contact NYIT to get that information. Do not leave it blank.
