NYIT’s M.B.A. program is open to all qualified students who have a degree from an accredited college deemed equivalent to a four-year baccalaureate granted by U.S. colleges. A minimum GPA of 2.7, and a minimum score of 400 on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) are required for admission. Scores below 400 are unacceptable for matriculation. (International students will need to obtain a TOEFL score of 500-550 or more on the written-based exam, or 173-213 on the computer-based exam, or 61-79/80 on the Internet-based exam.)
You may enroll in the general management program, or specialize in one of six concentrations: Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, International Business, Management of Information Systems and Marketing.
Credits required for the general M.B.A. degree range from a minimum of 36 credits to a maximum of 54 credits, and depend on if you need to take any of the prerequisite courses.
