Where can I find out my student ID number?

Your student ID number is assigned to you upon acceptance to NYIT, and can be found on all correspondence from enrollment services, financial aid, and the bursar. It is also listed on your registration form. 

If you cannot find anything on which your student ID is printed, contact the registrar’s office at the Old Westbury campus at 516.686.7580 or at registrar@nyit.edu. 

Please note: the Registrar’s Office will not release your ID number to you over the phone until it receives a written statement from you – with your signature – giving the office your permission.  You can fax this written request to 516.626.0673, or you can visit the Registrar’s Office at the Old Westbury campus to get your student ID information.
