Activate my.nyit.edu

You can now confirm your enrollment and submit your tuition deposit online.

Please set up your my.nyit.edu account to access NYITConnect to confirm your enrollment, pay your tuition deposit, and accept your NYIT scholarship, if applicable. If you would to complete this process by mail, please complete the Enrollment Reply Form and return it to the Office of Admissions.

  • Go to register.nyit.edu/reset.
  • Enter your NYIT ID number and last name exactly as they appear on your acceptance email or letter.
  • Copy the security code exactly as it appears and submit.
  • Provide your date of birth to establish your secret security question and answer.
  • Create a security question and answer. The answer needs to be between six and 20 characters.
  • Create a new password. Please read the password instructions carefully to create a secure password containing required characters.
  • You have successfully created your NYITConnect account and email address. You may access it online at my.nyit.edu.

Undergraduate Students 
A $400 nonrefundable deposit is due by May 1 for the fall semester and Dec. 1 for the spring semester. Your deposit lets us know that you accept our offer of admission and will secure your place in the class. Your tuition deposit will be credited to your first semester’s bill when you register. Students who receive their admission decision after the deposit deadline have two weeks to submit the deposit.

Graduate Students
A $500 nonrefundable deposit is due within four weeks after you receive your acceptance package. Your deposit lets us know that you accept our offer of admission and will secure your place in the class. Your tuition deposit will be credited to your first semester’s bill when you register.

Students admitted to the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs are required to submit a $1,000 nonrefundable tuition deposit within two weeks of acceptance and then an additional $500 nonrefundable deposit by March 1. Students admitted to the Physician Assistant Studies program are required to submit a $1,500 nonrefundable tuition deposit within two weeks of acceptance.
