Education Requirements

For admission into any of the following programs:

Master of Science in School Counseling
Master of Science in Childhood Education
Master of Science in Instructional Technology
Certificate and Advanced Certificate Programs

You must:

  • Have a composite GPA (the average of all your previous college work) of at least 3.0 or a completed master's degree; you may be designated as "accepted with conditions" with a GPA of 2.85 to 2.99
  • At the discretion of the individual program director and if your GPA falls below 2.85, take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and earn a combined score of at least 1,000 from any two tests
