Favorite Thing About NYIT

I love that students in the majority of majors have the option of switching New York campuses whenever they are ready for a change of pace. If city life becomes too fast paced at any point, a student can choose to spend their next semester or year at the other N.Y. campus. This flexibility makes internships and research opportunities with professors easier for students to obtain.
 

Advice you give to NYIT applicants

Have an open mind when you examine the cost of tuition. NYIT is very generous with scholarships and need based financial aid so the out of pocket expense is significantly less once you apply for scholarships.
 

Favorite Vacation Spot

Anywhere tropical with white sand beaches and clear blue water.

What you want to be when you grow up

I have not quite figured that out yet but I love working in the college setting. Working with students keeps me on my toes and no day is ever the same which keeps my work week interesting!
