Undergraduate Info Sessions at the Manhattan Campus

Visit and learn about NYIT. There's no better way to get to know us than to explore and discover NYIT in person. Info session highlights include: panel discussion with members from Admissions, Student Solutions Center, Financial Aid, Career Services, Residential Life, and Student Services. Following the panel discussion you will be able to meet the faculty and staff that you will be working with daily. Come see for yourself why NYIT is a great place to live, learn, play, and launch your future.

Graduate Academic Department Information Sessions: Fall 2009

The graduate academic departments will conduct "Graduate Information Sessions" on the following Tuesday: December 8, 2009. We run many of these sessions concurrently in Manhattan and Old Westbury. The Graduate Admissions Office will be holding general information sessions on this date from 5 to 6 p.m.

These information sessions will allow for prospective applicants to meet with department faculty and learn more about the program. A typical session may include a tour of our campus facilities, an overview of the professions, a detailed explanation of program requirements, and a question-answer session.

Prospective school counselors who want to demonstrate leadership in schools, advocate for students, deliver a school counseling program that emphasizes academic, career, and personal-social development, use data informed practice and technology in ways that impact the school environment, and who are excited to work with today's diverse student population are invited to learn more about the NYIT School Counseling program. The Childhood Education and Instructional Technology departments will be holding graduate information sessions where you can meet with faculty and learn more about the program. These sessions will be held at the Old Westbury campus, Wisser Library, 3rd floor, and the Manhattan campus, 26 W. 61st St.
