International Energy Conference at the United Nations
New York Institute of Technology is a co-sponsor of the International Energy Conference at the United Nations: Addressing Global Access to Sustainable Energy.

This premiere conference brings together experts from the world’s leading energy companies, the United Nations and the World Bank, as well as representatives of U.N. member states, to discuss global needs and solutions, technological breakthroughs, developments, and advances in sustainable and accessible energy that can benefit all nations.
NYIT President Edward Guiliano, Ph.D., will be addressing the forum during the official conference opening.
Dr. Harold H. S. Oh, NYIT Dean of University Advancement and Chairman of the Executive Board for World Energy Forum, will provide opening remarks.
Herbert Fox, Ph.D., Director of NYIT's Center for Energy, Environment, and Economics, will preside over conference's "Alternative Solutions - Renewables" session.
Registration
Registration for all NYIT faculty, staff, and students is complimentary (free). You must register online at the event Web site by Aug. 25. Please select "Student" or "University Faculty" in the Exempt Status field at bottom of registration form.
Important: Advance registration is mandatory. If you are not registered in advance, you will not be admitted to the United Nations.
