Adding a student to a closed course |
Fill out a registration form, sign and date the back with the appropriate code (A – add student to closed course). |

Waiving a pre-requisite |
Fill out a registration form, sign and date the back with the appropriate code (B – waive a pre-requisite). |

Waiving a course conflict |
Fill out a registration form, sign and date the back with the appropriate code (C – permission to waive course conflict). |

Allowing an undergraduate student to take a graduate course |
Send an e-mail to the associate registrar. Chair must create an e-mail with no name attached, with the student’s name, ID number, and course and section that you are giving the student permission to take (state whether or not the graduate course should be applied to the undergraduate degree). |
