“You are the shining examples of our future ethical and caring OT practititioners,” said Dr. Ellen Greer, Chairperson and Assistant Professor, Department of Occupational Therapy in NYIT’s School of Health Professions.
The ceremony featured keynote speaker Doreit Bialer, a nationally recognized occupational therapist specializing in sensory and processing disorders in children and adolescents.  Students also received awards for academic performance, fieldwork, leadership, and research.
"I will remember this class for your academic resilience,  and your ability to meet challenges and rise to the occasion, mustering creative approaches for success,” Greer told the class.  “You have done well.”
