The New York area offers a wealth of opportunity for educational development and personal growth. NYIT is unique in that we take full advantage of the particular amenities of the different urban and suburban settings of the region by offering students the option of taking classes on all three campuses. For example, you may choose to schedule a few classes each week at the Manhattan campus so you can spend time exploring New York City’s cultural and business centers. If you prefer a quiet, natural setting, the Old Westbury campus is enveloped in acres of trees, plants and unspoiled natural beauty. The Central Islip campus encourages socialization, with facilities including a bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, full-court gymnasium, fitness room and 400-seat auditorium. All three campuses provide libraries, student computer labs, dining facilities and extracurricular activities.
